WHAT'S IN THE WORKS? My new personal project is The Elemental Kingdom— a four-book novel series for young children. Although not yet published, the first book received the "Beyond the Steeple" Award from Believer's Trust this past summer. The series is inspired by the work of C. S. Lewis. It is the story of three children who meet a gnome and enter a hidden world of fairies, dragons and other fantastical creatures. They soon find that their help is needed to save the world. I'm currently in the middle of writing Book 3.
